Booring..boring..25/01/2010
Yesterday....
Hmm,So what's up friends?Well they say that 'Nothing is impossible' and how true??I am just finding out that sitting idle and useless and doing nothing is the most difficult thing to do.If life was boring last week it just got worse this week and after missing out on calls from SCMHRD by 3 marks and IB course from SIIB(well it always happens with me..) I wasnt in the best of the moods yesterday! So decided to watch some movies to feel good.
First up,Naanayam.A cliched hollywood style twisted plot though rarely seen in Tamil cinemas, and average performances (esp. the female lead, whom Prasanna romances, I thought was terrible) didnt make a spectacular viewing. But the two male heroes were (sort of)ok and they carry the movie.Heist is my favourite genre and having seen an awful lot of movies of this genre i found it cliched and mundane. But anyone who havent seen much of this genre will find it really exciting and if u r just a typical Tamil cinema's fan, here's a taste of hollywood style plots.
And after browsing the TV schedules after reaching home for some interesting movies to kill time, decided to see Newyork, another hollywood style (which is very common in hindi cinema these days)movie rater than our typical desi style.Well,I am not really in a mood to review any movie so will skip that part. And met a few friends at their places and by the time it got really dark outside i was fully exhausted.boom!crahed in the bed!
Today....
And now it's about 6 in the evening today and am all set to leave for my hometown.Hopefully Nellai wont be as boring as Chennai.Besides many other things like home food, been missing driving a lot!Seeing one of my friend's chilldhood photo in FB,reminded me of my childhood. Those fights, funs, games, calm and peaceful village milieu....Though Nellai is not the same as the village in terms of calmness still there is some beauty in it...The green fields, children playing on empty grounds, the unique Tamil dialect you cant find it anywhere else..Here in chennai most of the educated seems obsessed with English that their children might never hear a Tamil word in their homes. But,personally Tamil is the most beautiful language I have heard.
Well,I dnt know why I started writing this..didnt really feel like writing, but still wrote it just to kill time and now it's time to leave..Well,I have to remember to take my ticket/cell,ipod chargers/belts..do u have any idea how difficult is that? The probablity of me missing something which I will miss badly is the same as the probability that sun will rise tommorow in the east!Hopefully will be posting the next post from Nellai...Ciao!
